Refund & Cancellation Policy

All safari bookings arranged by Ranthambore Safari Consultants are governed by forest department rules and permit availability.

Once a safari booking is successfully confirmed and permits are issued, the booking is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. This applies to all safari quotas including regular, tatkal, and last-minute bookings.

If Ranthambore Safari Consultants is unable to secure the safari booking or permits due to non-availability or operational reasons, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days from the date of confirmation.

Accommodation bookings, once confirmed, are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective hotel or lodge and may be non-refundable as per property rules.

Government fees, permit charges, and operational costs become non-recoverable once a booking is confirmed and are not eligible for refund.
