we Ranthambore Safari Consultants provides safari booking assistance, wildlife travel planning, and accommodation coordination services in Ranthambore and surrounding regions.

Safari Services

All safari bookings are subject to availability and are governed strictly by the rules and regulations of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve and the Forest Department.

Safari zones, timings, and vehicle allocation are decided solely by forest authorities and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Once a safari booking is successfully confirmed and permits are issued, the booking is strictly non-cancellable and non-transferable.

In the event that Ranthambore Safari Consultants is unable to secure the safari booking or permits due to non-availability or operational constraints,

a 100% refund of the amount paid for the safari will be issued to the client.

Accommodation Services

Accommodation bookings arranged through Ranthambore Safari Consultants are based on availability at partner hotels and lodges. Room categories, inclusions, services, and cancellation rules are governed by the respective property’s policies and are communicated at the time of booking

Check-in and check-out timings, meals, amenities, and property rules are as per the hotel’s terms.

Special requests are subject to hotel confirmation and availability.

Payments & Confirmation

Payments made through this website or via shared payment links are towards booking services, permit handling, coordination, and travel arrangements.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment and receipt of all required guest details.

Rights & Limitations

Ranthambore Safari Consultants reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel services due to operational constraints, forest orders, weather conditions, hotel issues, or force majeure events.
